Shipping

Orders are shipped directly by our artisans. That means at checkout you may see multiple shipments. Most of our artisans ship within 1 to 5 business days of payment. Candles and body care are often made in small batches, so made-to-order items will show a longer processing time on the product page.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by carriers, weather, and holidays.

Address errors. Please check your address before you order. We are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address you provided, and reshipping costs are your responsibility.

Lost or stolen packages. Once an order is marked delivered by the carrier, the carrier is responsible for it. Contact us within 14 days of the delivery date and we will help you file a claim.

Hot and cold weather. Candles and body care can soften or melt in extreme heat or freeze in extreme cold. Please arrange to receive packages promptly during extreme weather.
